If your plans changed we require a minimum of 72 hours of cancellation notice. If cancellation happens more than 72 hours in advance you will receive full refund

Canceling between 48 and 24 hours you are eligible for 50% refund

Less than 24 hour cancellation - no refund

If you paying for 24 hours of rental but would like to keep it over that time - please let me know ASAP, otherwise you will be changed for another 24 hours

There are strictly no shoes policy on the crash mat. In the event of damage of the mat you agree to pay a fee of $150
